Direct Billing Policy

Direct billing is not available for new clients on Saturdays or evenings unless insurance information is called into the clinic between opening-5:00pm.

 

 

No Show Policy

Please be courteous and notify us if you are unable to make your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 70% charge of the appointment booked.

 

Discrepancies

When discrepancies exist between this sites contents and clinic information, the clinic information will be considered correct and the site will be correct as soon as possible.   

 

Other
